Our Story

Before and after the menstrual cycle, periods bring a lot of burden to the body, such as abdominal pain, low back pain, headaches, sore legs, weight gain, and even vomiting. The symptoms have greatly affected our everyday lives and hindered women’s average daily performance, especially for girls in school. They already have pressure from all the regular coursework and social struggles, and having to manage their periods too doesn’t help. The 5 minutes between classes doesn't allow them time to go to the nurse's office, and no one wants to run around with a heavy hot water bag on their belly.

This leads some to frequently resort to taking painkillers to relieve the cramps, which can result in long-term damage to the body. There is a Chinese folk saying that "medicine has three points of poison," cautioning all to be aware of the side effects accompanying much of modern medicine.

With this in mind, over the past few years, I sought to make a healthy, convenient, fast, effective, cute, and personalized product specifically to help women relieve the burden of period cramps, and over time, the BAOI Herbal Heating Patch was born!
